Our TMC culinary team has revamped our wonderful Asian-inspired bowl. This meal starts with a bed of brown rice and fresh baby spinach, which is then topped with shaved red cabbage, shredded carrots, sauteed spicy ginger garlic green beans, edamame, sliced scallions and sesame seeds. All of these wholesome ingredients are complimented by the house-made ponzu sauce. Not only is this meal bursting with color, the textures and flavors are out of this world! Eat it warm and add an Asian-inspired protein (such as our teriyaki salmon, or kung pao chicken) for a more filling meal.
