Returns, Refunds, Ordering Policy

  • Meal plan subscription (The CLUB), meal plan orders (The TAYSTE), and Shop Pass Subscription orders must be placed by Friday night at 11:59 PM. A la carte orders from The Shop must be placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM. If you place a meal plan subscription (THE CLUB) meal plan order (The TAYSTE), or Shop Pass Subscription order on Saturday, you will not be guaranteed delivery for the following Monday.

  • Taylor Made Cuisine assesses each return or refund request on a case by case basis. We take into consideration all factors in each individual situation and carefully come to the best solution! Depending on the request, you may be asked to provide photos of the items received. GIFT CARDS are non refundable.

  • Orders cancelled by 5pm on Thursday are eligible for a full refund (minus credit card processing fees of 5%). If you cancel your subscription AFTER it renews, you must email us to cancel your pending order. Otherwise, it will be fulfilled on our next delivery date.

  • Orders cancelled before 5pm on Saturday are subject to a full credit only. We cannot accept or issue credits after 5pm on Saturday for Monday delivery. If you need to make changes to your order, then please email us at billing@taylormadecuisine.com to request the change or cancellation.

  • Credits are given if a customer receives an item containing an ingredient listed in the "allergy" section of their custom meal plan questionnaire, if there is an issue with food quality, or if an item is missing from their delivery. TMC is not obligated to issue a credit if we are not notified of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Our food is guaranteed fresh for 7 days (Monday-Sunday), with items that contain fresh lettuce or berries needing to be consumed within 3 days. If spoilage of items occurs before the stated time frame, please contact our wellness team right away. Here at Taylor Made Cuisine, food quality and safety are of the utmost importance!

  • Credits will not be issued based on the client's personal preference (i.e. disliking an item). TMC reserves the right to issue credits based on the company's discretion.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed. A refund will not be given in lieu of a discount code. Cancelled orders and any refunds are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.

  • TMC doesn’t offer support for every allergy/combination of allergies; please contact us first for approval if you have multiple (more than 3) or uncommon allergies. Any unapproved or unsupported allergies will trigger an automatic refund and are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
