Choose from 3 to 7 days of meals, select your preferred meal types, and let us know if you'd like to include snacks and desserts.
2. Tell Us About You
We are all ears and excited to get to know you! Share your likes, dislikes, allergies, and wellness goals so we can select meals TAYLORED to your preferences.
3. We Get to Work
Our wellness team, supported by our proprietary menu-building software, curates weekly menus based on your tastes and preferences.
4. Sit Back & Enjoy
Our ready-to-enjoy meals will arrive every Monday, carefully packed and ready for your week ahead. Just reheat and savor—no cooking required.

Pausing Your Subscription
To pause, email our team by 5:00 PM on Thursday, specifying the pause and resume dates.
Changing Your Subscription
Adjusting subscriptions is completely manageable—just let us know and we’ll take care of it!
Billing Schedule
Subscriptions created between Wednesday and Saturday will be adjusted to renew every Tuesday for the following week.
Cancelling & Refunds
Subscriptions cancelled by 5pm on Thursday are eligible for a full refund (minus credit card processing fees of 5%). If you cancel your subscription AFTER it renews, you must email us to cancel your pending order. Otherwise, it will be fulfilled on our next delivery date. Orders cancelled before 5pm on Saturday are subject to a full credit only. We cannot accept cancellations or issue credits after 5pm on Saturday for Monday delivery.
MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT TMC’S CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
+ Can I request certain items in my Club Subscription?
Sure! You can make requests by sending us a simple email with the items you'd like to see on your menu for the week. Additonally, you can make menu requests and update your preferences by filling out our Menu Preferences and Requests Form that can be found under the resources tab on our wesbite. ALL menu requests must be sent in by Thursday at 5:00pm. Our order cut off for Subscriptions for the week is Friday at 11:59pm.
+ How do I customize my Club Subscription?
When you join TMC's Club Subscription, we ask you four questions:
Do you have any dietary restrictions? Do you have any food allergies? What's some of your favorite foods? What's some of your least favorite foods? After you checkout, our menu writing team uses the information you provided to write your menu with our meals available on the Shop each week!
+ Can I preview my menu for the week?
Your menu is custom to you, so it doesn't exist until we write it! However, you can make requests for your menu, and update your likes and dislikes by sending us an email to: wellness@taylormadecuisine.com. ALL menu requests and updates must be sent in no later than Thursdays by 5:00 pm to be effective for delivery the following Monday.
+ Can I edit my subscription plan?
Subscriptions can be started and stopped using the Website, however, they cannot be edited. As such, to make the change to a subscription, please cancel your current subscription from your TMC account and start a new one.
+ When does Club Subscription renew?
Your meal plan subscription will renew on the same day it was created each week, unless it was created on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Meal plan subscriptions created on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday will be rescheduled to renew on Tuesday each week.
+ I cancelled my Club Subscription after it renewed. Do I need to cancel my pending order too?
Yes, you need to email us to cancel your pending order if you do not want to receive it the following Monday. Cancellation requests received AFTER Thursday at 5:00 PM are not guaranteed a full refund (minus credit card processing fees of 5%). If you cancel your subscription and do not email us that you want to cancel your pending order, our team will fulfill the order for our next delivery date.
+ Can I pause my Club Subscription?
Yes! Going out of town? Please contact our Wellness Team with the dates of your trip so we can reschedule your billing!
