Our wellness team follows the IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) guidelines and restricts or totally eliminates the following: dairy, gluten, grains, legumes, some varieties of nuts/fruits/vegetables, vinegar, highly-processed oils, processed/packaged condiments and most sweetening agents. Although not a forever diet, our wellness team is here to make this part of your journey as flavorful and well balanced as possible! Before you know it, you’ll be back and better than ever!
PALEO
Our Paleo meals eliminate the following from your diet: dairy, gluten, refined sugars, processed ingredients, and simple carbs. In the interest of variety, the TMC Paleo plan includes small amounts of legumes and healthy grains. Think perfectly roasted sweet potatoes and wholesome brown rice! No grains? No problem! Our paleo plan gives you the option to exclude grains by selecting “strict” on your preferences form. Here at TMC, we believe variety in your diet is the key - not only to healthy eating - but also to joyful eating!
LOW FODMAP FRIENDLY
Diagnosed with SIBO or IBS? Feeling frustrated because you can’t find any food you can eat?
Have no fear, TMC’s Low FODMAP meal delivery service is here for you! Curated to help you through challenging food times, our Low FODMAP meal plans follow the Monash University guidelines to provide you with gastro-sensitive meals with as much variety as possible. Our TMC Fit meal plan was developed for those with “Fit” focus in mind! While we don’t believe in unhealthy dieting or extreme focus on defined calorie quantities and macronutrient ratios, we do strive to fulfill all health needs and goals. We say “on average” because some meals might be slightly over the calorie count and some might be under. The TMC Fit meal plan ensures balance and abundance through nutritional consistency, calorie control and proper portions.
VEGETARIAN
Are you looking to eliminate the amount of meat in your diet? The vegetarian program may be the perfect option for you!
Here at TMC, we follow ovolactovegetarian guidelines by incorporating animal products such as dairy and eggs. We give you the option to add our seafood to your plan, turning it into a Pescatarian plan! We never use processed or soy-based meat alternatives and instead provide protein through legumes, nuts, eggs, dairy and grains!
VEGAN
Living a plant-based lifestyle? Wanting a tayste of plant power?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, our vegan meal plan might be the one for you! All of our Vegan meals are animal and soy free. Our Vegan meal plan is veggie dominate and utilizes nuts, seeds, grains and legumes as the main sources of protein.
