We serve 8 diet types while also offering several diet subtypes. These diet subtypes include dairy free, kid friendly, nut free, egg free, low sodium, cholesterol free, and diabetic friendly. With all of these to choose from, we are sure to have what you’re looking for! Beyond diet types, we also cater to each individual's preferences. When signing up for either The Tayste or The Club, you will have the option to input all of your likes and dislikes, and we will create a menu based on those preferences.
Not looking for a “diet” but want to start living healthier? You’ve come to the right place! All of our menu items are gluten, corn, soy, and refined sugar free. What does this mean?! It means as a baseline our menu items are low inflammatory yet high in flavor!

Menu Details
Like stated earlier, each menu plan/ subscription is custom curated by our Wellness Team to accommodate your preferences and restrictions. Our team often gets asked if we have a set weekly menu and while the answer is no, we wanted to give you a preview of what a day in the life as a TMC Club Member would look like!
Breakfast:
We offer a variety of egg scrambles as breakfast is one of our favorite meals of the day! Pictured above is our BLT scramble (Bacon, Kale + Sun Dried Tomatoes) with our roasted potatoes and house made roasted salsa. You always have the option to add avocado when ordering on The Shop! This is a great choice for breakfast because it contains protein along with carbohydrates and healthy fats leaving you nourished and full, ready to start your day!
Lunch:
Launched at the beginning of 2022, our Chicken Shawarma is by far a TMC staff and client favorite! This mediterranean inspired protein pairs great with saffron rice, cauliflower, and hummus. We recommend it trying it with our Mediterranean Bowl or Kaleifornia Caesar!
Dinner:
We love to elevate the dining experience and dinner is no exception! Our Bourbon Balsamic Mahi Mahi is as delicious as it looks! We often pair it with our sweet potato mash and some green beans. If fish is not one of your favorites, you can also choose from any one of our other proteins for a tasty and nutrient dense meal!
Desserts:
The more dessert options, the merrier! Picture above is our: Protein Pop, Taylor’s Favorite Donut, Birthday Cake Fat Bombs. It is truly hard to narrow down favorites with all of our snacks and desserts. Our Protein Pop can be consumed hot or cold, depending on what sounds best to you! Taylor’s favorite donut which is a take on a traditional sprinkled donut but in true TMC fashion, is gluten and refined sugar free. Lastly, our Birthday Cake Fat Bombs are a great Keto friendly treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!
