TMC REMIX SERIES - PUMPKIN SOUP PASTA
Soup Season is upon us..
Let’s shake things up a bit, TMC Remix edition! Taylor’s recent trip to Italy inspired our team to blend in house seasonal ingredients together and give birth to a soupy soup pasta. Our goal for this soup combination was to transport you to a fall afternoon in a small town in Italy. Pairs well with a glass of wine! Try our creation while our Pumpkin Soup is in stock! Buon Appetito!
Pumpkin Soup Pasta
Ingredients:
1 TMC Pumpkin Soup
1 TMC Gluten-Free Naked Pasta
1 TMC Vegan Pesto
1 TMC Marinated Garbanzo Beans
1 Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Remove lid from Pumpkin Soup and add soup to a small pot over medium heat.
Warm soup for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid from pasta and add pasta to soup, stir in to soup until incorporated, about 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat.
Pour soupy pasta into a bowl.
Top soup with Vegan Pesto, Marinated Garbanzo Beans and Parmesan Cheese.
