TMC is PUMPed for the Fall Season
Fall is upon us and we would like to share some of our favorite seasonal items! Our Taylor Made Cuisine kitchen team loves using local and seasonal ingredients. This limited time offering makes these items extra special, as they are only prepared in our kitchen from the months of September through December.
We love pumpkin, not only because it is a fall essential but also because of the many health benefits! Our wellness team recommends adding some pumpkin items to spice up your menu ;)
Pumpkin is a great source of Vitamin A and contains beta carotene which produces the orange pigment. Additionally, pumpkin has a high amount of Vitamin C! Vitamin C helps keep your immune system strong as the weather changes.
Chilly weather calls for a soup to keep you warm, so give our Pumpkin or Butternut Squash Soups (pictured below) a try. We also brought back our Harvest Bowl (pictured below), which contains roasted brussel sprouts, our delicious vegan gravy, a side of our dairy free mashed potatoes, topped with pecans and dried cranberries! The best part?! You can choose a protein you see fit to add on as well! What sounds better than that?!
More Pumpkin to Love
If you have a sweet tooth, try our delicious Keto Pumpkin Scone! Combine this with a cup of coffee as a treat, or add it to one of our egg scrambles for a more balanced breakfast!
Speaking of breakfast, we highly recommend our Pumpkin Overnight Oats, loaded with hemp hearts, dried cranberries, and pecans for added nutrients + a crunch! These overnight oats are blended with fresh pumpkin, which gives them the great color and taste!
Fun fact: Our Pastry Chef Martin says the Pumpkin Overnight Oats are his favorite to make + enjoy! These oats will make an appearance every other week, as the flavors of our overnight oats get rotated regulary!
We also highly recommend the Vegan Pumpkin Spice Muffins and the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Baked Oats also pictured below!
Fall Flavored Sides
Another seasonal favorite which is our side of Roasted Butternut Squash! This is a side we offer only during the fall! It is delicious when paired with our Tenderloin Tips with T3 sauce or Herbed Chicken!
Another great fall side is our Sweet Potato Hash! Although this is available year-round, it is very nutrient dense with a blend of bell peppers and shaved brussel sprouts!
