The Club’s Newest Addition: TMC Fit
Happy Summer from our TMC Family to yours! It’s been a minute since we have had some blog posts and we are excited to step back in, sharing updates of all that is happening, both in and out of the kitchen! Our team is growing along with our menu, continuing to add the full flavor, fun recipes that you know and love.

Our Wellness Team created this menu to complement your bikini bod, killer biceps and maintain overall health goals in between the summer travel!
TMC Fit Menu
Consisting of Organic, Wild-Caught and Plant-Based proteins, quality carbohydrates, and healthy fats, this menu is destined to leave you satisfied and excited for your next mealtime! Choosing a meal plan with Taylor Made Cuisine creates more time in your schedule that is normally occupied by planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking.
Why Choose the TMC Fit Meal Plan?
The TMC Fit Meal plan is curated for those looking to increase their protein intake, while being conscious of their sugar intake. At Taylor Made Cuisine, we believe in balance which is achieved through nutritional consistency and proper portions. Each food item comes pre-portioned in its own individual container. Proteins are weighed before packaging, and all your vegetables and starches will come in either 8, 12, or 16 ounce containers.
You better believe in typical TMC fashion, this plan has full flavor no matter which item you choose! With entrée options like Thai Curry Salmon (pictured below), this plan was designed through carefully selecting proteins that offer less sugar per serving. In addition to that, we chose complex carbohydrates to be the majority of the pairings with each protein. By doing this, we minimized the use of simple carbohydrates, such as white rice and white potatoes. Instead, we used sweet potatoes and brown rice. Finally, we have healthy fats within our plan which include mixtures of both omega-3s and omega-6s sourced from fish, avocados, seeds, and nuts.

We went a step further to create new menu items JUST for this meal plan, including this one!
The TMC Fit Scramble! Packed with protein from our Turkey “Chorizo” Sausage, this scramble is a great post-workout, or even pre-beach day breakfast - just in time for Summer! This scramble has locally sourced ground turkey with a blend of Mexican spices in it, keeping it flavor packed while offering a leaner protein option! We also added spinach for extra nutrients and color! Our Wellness Team recommends pairing this egg dish with some roasted Sweet potatoes, or tops it with Avocado and our house-made Salsa!
Breakfast with TMC Fit
Wanting to take a step on the zestier side of life?! Us too-that’s why we added a new Protein Waffle to the collection, our Lemon Chia Waffle! This Grain-Free waffle has protein from both the Almond flour and Chia seeds. We maintained the low sugar content of the waffle by using a Monk Fruit Sweetener. Not to mention, it also has added healthy fats from our in house Coconut Butter Glaze!

This new snack is our wellness team’s spin on our beloved catering cake pops! Our protein pop is filled with plant based protein and is sugar free, sweetened with monk fruit sugar and monk based chocolate! Don’t forget our order deadline for Meal Plans and Subscriptions are Friday night at 11:59 PM and our order deadline for a-la-carte orders from The Shop is Saturday night at 11:59pm.
