Orange County Meal Prep Fish Frenzy

Taylor Made Cuisine’s signature seafood dishes have gotten a makeover! The relaunch of some of our most-loved fish entrees means more flavor and easier ordering for our Taysters! Check them out and below and don’t forget to place Orange County meal prep delivery order by Friday!

Thai Citrus Halibut

We are pretty passionate about seafood here at Taylor Made Cuisine, so we decided to give all of our available fish preparations their own product pages. This makes our seafood entrees easier to find for our guests, while additionally highlighting what is unique and different about each of these items! Our halibut is wild caught and delivered fresh to the TMC kitchen before it is butchered by our talented chefs. After portioning, the halibut is gently marinated in our house made Thai citrus marinade before being baked in our state of the art Rationale smart oven. Lastly, we plate the cooked fish in our post-consumer plastic trays with more of the reserved marinade. Taylor loves to pair our Thai Citrus Halibut seafood item with our low-carb almond sauce, some brown rice and vegetable stir-fry (or our coconut almond stir fry as pictured.) Pro tip: gently heat the fish in a non-stick pan for the best results!

Pesto Salmon

Our salmon is wild caught and delivered fresh to the TMC kitchen before it is butchered by our talented chefs. After portioning, the salmon is seasoned and baked in our state of the art Rationale smart oven until it is perfectly medium. Lastly, we plate the cooked fish in our post-consumer plastic trays with our famous hemp seed pesto! Why is this pesto famous? It is nut-free, dairy-free, garlic-free AND STILL DELICIOUS! Taylor loves to pair this pesto salmon with our naked spaghetti squash and garnish with a little of our house made vegan parmesan and some chili flakes for the perfect dairy free low carb meal. Pro tip: gently heat the fish in a non-stick pan for the best results!

Lemon Pepper Tuna

Sometimes you just want some simple ahi tuna! That’s what our Lemon Pepper Tuna is: simple wild caught ahi tuna, seasoned with cracked black pepper, lemon zest and fresh squeezed lemon juice! Seared to perfection by our Taylor Made Cuisine kitchen team and sliced; this tuna is ready to add to your favorite salad or with your favorite make a meal pairing! Our Lemon Pepper Tuna has been a client favorite for years, and it’s also a go-to for the Taylor Made employee staff. You can add our signature romesco sauce as an add on to your lemon pepper tuna entree, and it’s also available as an add on to your make it a meal. Taylor’s pro tip: eat this tuna cold with an extra squeeze of lemon or ponzu sauce!
