Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken Cacciatore is one of those traditional Italian American comfort food dishes that everyone loves. Our talented kitchen staff here at Taylor Made Cuisine sears organic chicken thighs before simmering them in a rich tomato sauce. Our sauce is full of sliced cremini mushrooms, black olives and plenty of fresh herbs - just like Nonna used to make. Once finished, we package the tender chicken in the zesty sauce. No mess or long cook times for you, just a hearty and flavorful dish that is perfectly ready for your dinner plate. This rich Italian entree pairs very well with our gluten free pasta, spaghetti squash, or brown rice. Pro tip: Taylor loves to heat this tasty chicken dish in a pan with zoodles or pasta before topping it with a hint of parmesan cheese!
Pork Mojo
Head to Cuba with this traditional Caribbean dish! Making our Pork Mojo consists of the Taylor Made Cuisine kitchen team marinating succulent pork shoulder in a bath of citrus, garlic and herbs until the meat absorbs all the flavors. The pork is then prepared using a combination cooking process which leaves the final product both crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The richness of this dish will impress even the pickiest of palates. The last step of the cooking process is to combine the reserved marinade with the pork drippings to create the bright and flavorful sauce that makes this dish famous. The team here at TMC loves our Mojo Pork with Coco Rice and Stewed Black Beans. For a dish lower in carbs, pair this pork entree with some grilled peppers and zucchini.

Breakfast is one of those meals that can get really repetitive over time. With a limited amount of options available, sometimes we can feel like "the most important meal of the day" is actually "the most boring meal of the day"; am I right?! Taylor Made Cuisine is always trying to create new breakfast items that make this crucial meal time more enjoyable. Our talented kitchen staff here at TMC is proud of this low carb creation! We make a muffin batter from organic eggs and almond flour before adding in crumbled breakfast sausage, grated pepperjack cheese, slice green onions and diced bell pepper. The batter is then portioned and baked to perfection; all you have to do is warm them up and enjoy! The perfect on the go dish for anyone who loves a savory breakfast option. Pro tip: these sausage muffins also make a great snack!
Summer Zoodle Salad
Who doesn't love a colorful and creative salad on a hot summer day!? Our Summer Zoodle Salad is the perfect lunch or light dinner option to fill you up, without heating you up. This salad is prepared with a base of zucchini noodles, then is topped with purple cabbage, grated carrots, thinly sliced red bell pepper, green onions, toasted sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and poppy seeds. More seeds equals more plant based protein, texture and flavor! The Taylor Made Cuisine team loves this salad so much because of the herbaceous green goddess dressing that comes with it! Pro tip: add a protein (chicken, steak, shrimp or garbanzo beans) for a more filling dish.
